Restoration & Renovation

  • We take care of everything from dismantling to moving to placing it on the new jobsite.

  • In order to keep the structure as close to its original build, we’ll save what we can and reuse on the renovation.

We are Joel and Sherry Pellegrino, and we LOVE saving and restoring 100+ year old homes. From being set to demolish to moving to your land to restoration, we take pride in the process and the end result. Our goal is to save as much history as we can, one house at a time.
