NORTHERN IRELAND | This is a family run business that has a history of guiding on the Giants Causeway that dates back more than 125 years. Our history and heritage affords us a unique insight into this iconic site and no one knows "The Causeway " and the surrounding shoreline the way we do.
The company name, Dalriada Kingdom Tours, makes reference to the fact that in the 4th,5th and 6th centuries this part of North East Ulster, the islands in between, and the Western parts of Scotland around Argyllshire and Lochaber formed the old Kingdom of Dalriada. This kingdom was hugely influential in our history, we can trace the origins of Christianity back to that period of time on our island. Our strong Christian faith shapes and forms us and we use this name for our company in recognition that “our future is anchored in our past”. For more information and booking, visit the Dalriada Kingdom Tours website.. |

She's always ready to drop everything and travel, having been known to be packed and ready to leave for a trip in twenty minutes.
Pam believes in capturing the "flavor" of an area, visiting the local hot spots and sampling the cuisine to discover what makes the location unique. As a former teacher, she knows history doesn't have to be boring. She seeks out the historical sites and little known facts that bring the past to life. Because of myriad food allergies in her family, readers look to her to provide advice on dealing with these allergies and restaurants that will accommodate special requests. |
