Seeing Southern | What Will I Do WHEN I can go

We're always thinking, always dreaming. We're not adventurers at heart, but there's so much we want to see and experience. The adventure comes via the journey, the anticipation, the conversations, the feasting. So where do you want to go?
     With a world-wide pandemic in the rear-view mirror (hoping), our travel antioption has surged again. Never did we realize the need to move. Our list has changed a bit; new things have been added that had never been in our sites. A STOP sign can do that to you.
     Here's our list and it is constantly changing. What's on your list? 

1. Cruise along the coast of Alaska
2. Journey across Canada via train
3. Sail from the southern most coast of the US to the Bahamas
4. Sail through the Greek islands
5. Hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail (I know my limits!)
6. Road trip the Pacific Northwest
7. Spend an entire winter season where it snows every day, especially on Christmas Day
8. Take a cooking class in Italy
9. Sit on the deck of the Windjammer and gaze at the Southern Cross (again) ✔ (2/15/20)
10. Spend a season (dry) on the Osa Peninsula
11. Write a travel memoir
12. Have a photography exhibit on my dream subject - the 21st century Southern Woman (stay tuned)
13. Visit Israel
14. Book passage on a tanker across the Atlantic
15. Ride a gondola in Venice
16. See and photograph the Northern Lights at Malin Head, Ireland
17. Stand in the Sistine Chapel ✔
18. Spend the spring in Paris
19. Visit Stonehenge
20. See the tulips in full bloom in Holland
21. Take shooting lessons and purchase a glock
22. Visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, NYC ✔️
