Len is a dual Italian citizen, and he makes the best meatballs and gravy (that’s Italian for sauce) you’ve ever tasted. He is officially “an Italian living abroad.”
Judy has an intense fear of water and that fact landed her first article in the travel section of BBC.com. But she’s meeting her water fear head on in 2024.
Judy has never met an airport she doesn’t like. She’d rather spend time AT the airport than leaving the airport.
Len played the trombone (high school and college) and led the pep band at Villanova University. Yes, he was at Villanova when Pope Leo was there.
Judy was ‘once upon a time’ a soloist. No more, so don’t even think she’ll hop up on karaoke night.
Len’s favorite artist, Billy Joel. He knows every lyric to every song and will be glad to sing along with Joel.
Len’s mind is a ‘vast wasteland of useless knowledge.’ It comes in handy on trivia nights.
Judy and Len are each other’s second chance.
Together, they have traveled to 26 countries and over 284K miles. And, they’re just getting started.
